The Role

We are looking for an experienced sales representative to join the team and assist in the account management and development of products for bakeries, cafes and patisseries. The position would suit someone with experience dealing with flours, butters, chocolates from a sales point of view or an individual that has owned and run a bakery, cafe or patisserie that has sales skills/experience. The position is autonomous and would require looking after businesses across the Perth metro, providing knowledge of product, product options and account management of customers requirements. Key Position Points
  • Maintain existing accounts with bakeries, patisseries and cafes
  • Generate new sales
  • liaise with customers regarding pricing, promotions and trading terms
  • assist with marketing as required
  • identify new market opportunities
  • liaise with suppliers
Skills required
  • Experience with flour or bakery products, sales experience
  • bakery technical knowledge ideal

  • self motivation
