The Client
Our client is a market leader in the design, supply and installation of Switchgear Switchyard related engineering products and services. With a great reputation they are seeking the addition of an Operations Manager to take up an integral role in the business
The Role
Role:
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the WA location, coupled with driving business initiatives and through engineering, production and field service capabilities within the company in relation to HV Electrical Systems / HV Equipment.
Person:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
*Operations Management Experience
*Man Management / Leadership
*Experience of Production Control, Planning, Scheduling within a Manufacturing / Services Environment.
*Good ability to identify process gaps, initiate continuous improvement activities.
*Experience of managing MV/HV Electrical Engineering projects / business services in relation to Testing, Repair, Switchgear, Switchboards etc.
*Good experience within the Mining, Resources, Utilities related markets.
Qualifications:
*Trade Electrical Experience
*Degree Qualified &ndash Electrical Engineering
*Business Management Qualifications / Certification (Advantageous)
Remuneration:
Salaries will be commensurate based on skills and experience. However candidates should expect to receive a highly competitive package.
