The Client

Our Australian owned client offers engineered products across a wide range of industries and is looking to appoint an Internal Sales Representative to develop new business relationships and service existing clients.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position will play an important role in driving the business forward and will work within a dynamic team environment.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

*Deal with all incoming customer enquiries

*Utilise various methods to increase sales with existing customers, identify and develop new client relationships

*Account manage existing client base

*Conduct market research activities

*Maintain and keep comprehensive contacts and client details in the CRM database

*Monitor and advise customers of every sale and its progress through to delivery

*Occasional site visits to key clients

*Prepare/present financial and sales reports to Senior Management

*Any such other duty as may be assigned from time to time

Skills and experience required:

*Internal Sales experience ideally within a technical environment

*Excellent customer service skills

*Excellent communication skills

*Confident with client meetings

*Good computer skills

*Ability to prioritise own workload to plan own working week

*Current WA driving licence

*Team player
