The Role

Key Responsibilities include:

*Wage Control
*Stock-takes
*Ordering
*Staff Training
*Stock Control
*Menu Planning

To be considered for this position you will have:

*A professional, reliable and flexible attitude
*At least 5 years' experience working in a similar role
*Work in all areas of the kitchen operation
*Excellent communication and Planning skills
*A love for food and a passion for the industry
*A strong eye for detail
*A successful track record
*Work well under pressure and display a positive can do attitude
*A mature attitude and lead by example
*This is a Permanent position working a 45 hr week. However due to the nature of the role, you will require a certain amount of flexibility.
