The Client

Exciting $100 million residential land development project already underway. Iconic land development in the Swan foothills. Project for the next 3-5 years, stage 1 lots already available.

The Role

We are looking for a General Manager to oversee the smooth roll out of a residential land development and lot sales to the public.  The general manager will provide corporate structure and advice over the duration of the project, reporting back to the board of directors and managing internal and external relationships. The project is a multi stage land development with stage 1 currently underway with several 100 residential lots being developed and sold over a 3-5 year period. Key Duties include;
  • Development Cash-flow Forecasting
  • Sales Contract Administration, Tracking
  • Sales conversion tracking, performance measuring and revenue forecasting
  • Knowledge of the REIWA, Consumer Protection acts and other relevant acts
  • Marketing Management and social media platforms understanding
  • Sales Agent direction and management
  • Board reporting, dashboarding project status, project risk monitoring & tracking
  • Business Plan Development
  • General planning & government legislation understanding
  • Development maintenance monitoring etc
  • Health, Safety & Environment monitoring and direction
  • Legal advice coordination
  • Contract management
The position will oversee the development, managing a project manager, sales manager and marketing manager among other supporting staff.
