The Client

Our client is one of Australia's leading suppliers of Inks and Coatings. They are currently seeking a Factory Operative/Technician to work in their Perth factory.

The Role

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for the right person to learn the technical side of ink production including:
  • Measuring, monitoring and analysing manufacturing processes.
  • Ensuring all products conform to specification, by providing an effective quality control and colour matching service.
The Main duties of this role will include:
  • The manufacture and blend of inks in accordance with the production schedule.
  • Ensure conformance to product specification through correct raw material selection, weighing, milling, mixing and potting.
  • To assist in the receiving and despatch of goods the ideal candidate will possess demonstrated knowledge and experience within factory operations and production methods.
The successful candidate should also have:
  • The ability to operate milling, stirring and batch weighing equipment
  • Current Forklift licence
