The Client

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy office located south of the river on a full-time permanent basis.

The Role

Working Monday to Friday, this role will ideally require someone to have gained a minimum of 2 years experience in an office based role within the Administration/Accounts field.

As an Administrator your main responsibilities will include:

*Invoicing and general accounting duties

*Payment of bills

*Creating and inputting work-orders on in-house system

*Dealing with all building maintenance issues and all contractors

*Liaising with customers, suppliers and key stake-holders

*Typing and preparing documents for management

*Producing reports for management

*Answering the telephone and message taking

*Goods in/Goods out

*Data Entry

*Filing/Faxing

*General administrative duties

To be considered for this position, you will require:

*Previous experience as an Administrator /Accounts

*Experience using SAP or similar business management system

*High attention to detail with a good keyboard skills

*Competent PC user, familiar with Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint

*Team player

*Motivated and client driven

*Able to use own initiative, pro-active and forward thinking

*Excellent communication skills
